Pros
Provided many opportunities for learning in a variety of engineering simulation disciplines. Great work environment, knowledgeable and technically experienced people, flexible work schedules, and exemplary training for learning to use their software.
Cons
Lack of design and development opportunities. The Farmington Hills office focuses primarily on supporting and promoting the software designed in Greece, not designing the software or using the software to develop new technologies. However, there was a shift in priorities near the end of my internship to performing research as well as support duties which is great.
