Pros

- Good starting point for young professional careers with learning opportunities. - Everyone in the company is great, friendly, and approachable. Easy to work with. - Accessible location, close to transit with a decent amount of parking. - Lots of nearby walk-able options for food and amenities. - Work-life balance is generally good with office roles. - Excellent diversity throughout the company.

Cons

- Upper management is poor with communication, not trusting, and has a tendency to make many last-minute changes with often unrealistic expectations. Creates a negative culture that has driven great people away. - Higher than average turnover rate in some departments. HR especially has an alarmingly high turnover rate. Some essential roles left vacant for too long. - Very strange culture policies recently implemented with the aim of promoting a positive work environment, but comes across as forced, unnatural, and tone deaf. - Not an ideal long-term position due to limited growth opportunities for roles and salaries. Non-management office employees have a tendency to leave after 1-3 years. - Micromanagement trending upwards throughout the company with gradual loss of trust and autonomy. - Depending on your role, open office environment can often be more distracting than collaborative. - Work-from-home opportunities are lacking, and vary from department to department.
