Pros
It's a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of substation and transmission line construction. Great travel and they give you everything you need to do the job.
Cons
Very limited on time off due to the CM is the only one available to cover the job unless another is temporarily available. Which means off time for rotations to family and vacations are at discretion of supervisor.
