Pros
It's a nice company in terms of human relations and management - No complaints on the salaries which are pretty good compared to the effort
Cons
It is hard for the sales persons to sell their software solutions because of a lack of innovation and agility in R&D. We are not competitive enough. The internal processes are too heavy and sometimes counterproductive, even against business.
