Pros
-supportive environment
-friendly people, overall
-ongoing support and trust from the congregational school director
-professional development as part of the staff meetings
-not a rigid workplace; generally busy but accepts that you're an adult with such things as occasional illness, exams, emergencies
Cons
As with the majority of schools, can be a bit draining (it takes a lot of energy to teach!) and sometimes include some frustrating experiences with people. Overall, though, teachers and staff were great, students were sweet (or, well, growing kids), and parents were generally friendly/pleasant.
