      Pros

      Bethany Home worked with my school schedule so well and I had plenty of opportunity to get as many hours as I could handle. The care here is top notch

      Cons

      Not being able to have holidays off all of the time to spend time with family, but the residents become like family, so it wasn't too bad

      Flexible scheduling for students and availability to increase hours. Competitive pay for the area. Friendly coworkers, family atmosphere. Paid training and opportunities to contribute to change. Open to new suggestions with procedures. Pay increase depending on experience and yearly performance.

      Communication with a large team is challenging. Meeting minutes posted and leadership available onsite from 7a-630p

      Good pay Flexible hours Friendly coworkers One of the highest quality nursing homes in Iowa. Good coverage for health care.

      Cons

      Some of the shifts are short Repitive duties A lot of people come and go quite fast Short breaks Lack of training when learning new shifts.
