      Pros

      On time Salary. Best company if you 'Nothing' in life to do other than sitting in front of computer and do whatever the LEAD (lead without leadership qualities) says. Nothing as is "NOTHING'' in life.

      Cons

      Encouragement? Sports ? Gym? Work/Life Balance ?Friday fun ?Team outing ?Good Management ? Leadership qualities? professional ethics ? Appraisal ? The company says 'WHAT?? JUST WORK' . Everything is available for people who are PETS of Management and Leads. HR team are only busy in recruiting and sending off .. (instead of making sure employee does not resign)

      If you aren't firm, you can get sucked into a lot of different tasks. This is good if you like being involved in a lot of things. Bad if you don't know how to say no.
