      Pros

      Individual teams show strong camaraderie and a desire to help each other and the company as a whole. Every engineer I worked with was super friendly and helpful. There are also a lot of different technologies being employed, so a good place to pick up a lot of skills.

      Cons

      Upper management is "profit focused" to the point of consistent downsizing and restructuring
