Pros
-some of the managers and higher ups are great - The company has incredible potential to grow - Great benefits - Some of the other agents are fantastic
Cons
-Leadership is making decisions without ever having been in this line of work -every employee has to constantly look over their shoulder in fear that they'll be laid off -Micromanagement is not management -nobody in our parent company cares about us or even acknowledges that we exist - Pay went from already bad, to being cut in half with a majority being tied to "bonus". But, the company isn't doing anything to boost sales and growth so we all just took a massive pay cut for nothing. They cut our pay the month before we were supposed to get our yearly bonus, and they cancelled that bonus as well. This has been brought up as a major issue from internal surveys and 1 on 1 communications with management, and they couldn't care less.
