Pros

I joined BU a few months ago as a marketer and couldn’t have been happier with my decision. Company hits the right notes on mission, product, leadership, culture and a healthy , growing business which has helped it weather the recent market softness well. BU is in the business of helping others grow with the power of behavioral science and org psychology -and they bring all that thinking to how they run the company as well. We don’t just talk ‘superficial’ values and behaviors as most companies do - but truly spend time understanding their meaning and learning how to apply them. Tremendous focus on personal and professional development (Hint: we all get out a coach ). Remote first culture with some travel for offsites and professional development which helps in building the right camaraderie and team bonding Love the benefits and perks. Strong competitive salary. Tremendous learning opportunities. Chance to learn from the best management scientists and leaders out there. Lots of focus on accountability and ownership which is the best way to grow as a professional. No politics and a very high degree of transparency

Cons

Fast growth does bring a certain degree of intensity and adjusting to changing priorities which is typical of every late stage startup out there.

Pros

I have enjoyed coaching a number of members here over the years.

Cons

Too many to name… they really seem to be on a downhill slope when they have to keep repeating that many coaches have low workloads now but it’s because they have changed the business strategy… they do have coaches tagged to that new strategy but it’s mysterious how they got those opportunities… they like to hide behind the idea that the algorithm makes decisions on workload but that’s BS to an extent.
