Pros
I truly believe in the company's value prop and I really enjoyed the free coaching I received as a perk. Overall, the benefits were great.
Cons
They say they wanted feedback, but they never actually implemented any rep's input. It was a shut up and dance culture masquerading as egalitarian. Senior leadership clearly had a lot of vision, but they were more interested in org theory than actual execution. There were droves of beautifully written essays/memos/value statements by the founders, but when it came to actually putting any of their lofty ideals into action it just didn't happen - in fact, usually the exact opposite happened. It was a company run by academics, not legitimate operators.
