Lack of new ideas, they never say no to the client (no matter how unrealistic), upper management will almost never stay late when you do, spent way too many 12 hour days here working on projects, terrible work/life balance, way too many cliques - special people and family members are obviously treated different from others. Poor pay for what they expect (which they are terrible at communicating).
