Pros
Wonderful clients. Overtime which is needef due to low pay
Cons
Poor management, low pay for nurses and care staff. Mandatory overtime with no notice. No sense of teamwork. Cheap benefits which sound good but are low quality. Insuffcient equipment, no computer filing...pretty much living in the dark ages. Drama filled work enviroment. Dsps only need an eighth grade education...enough said.
