Pros
Decent pay and benefits. Great work environment. VERY diverse staffing. No one is rejected from hire due to race, appearance( tattooes piercings etc) or sexual orientation.
Cons
Biggest issue in my opinion is new hires being given "instant" promotions to supervisor ,quality or training positions and people with seniority and who are much better qualified are passed over. It is quite frustrating to those who have been employed here for some time to see people who are brand new and do not know what they are doing put directly into higher positions.
