Pros
Love the non-manager level people. A truly diverse work place that includes all ethnicity & gender.
Cons
Management not great, they make random decisions all the time. No VP are actual business persons or managers, they were scientists that have no other industrial experience, running the company as if it was a graduate school. Some higher ups play favoritism. I did not see any true charismatic leader throughout my time there.
