There is a strong focus on both employee and customer experience and teams work closely together across departments. The business has a clear vision, communicates openly and invests in growth and development. Hybrid working and office facilities are excellent, and achievements are recognised and celebrated.

Very little from my six months experience so far. The business has a clear vision, strong leadership and a positive culture. My advice would simply be to maintain those qualities as the company continues to grow.

Little pay (roles like this are 15k better other places) with key high demand on responsibilities and very high expectations from the beginning, managers don't seam to understand even a written action plan can face challenges and expect to be done no matter what questions the employee my have during the process, specially in the first month of learning and adaptation to the company, there are other ad hoc activities and request they expect to be delivered apart from training and learning time, so the settlement time for a new person in the role is not adequate due to this high demand of work/results, they depend on training videos and don't like to answer questions or help because they assume everything is in there when is not.
