During the first day of work "orientation," employees are given gloves and various other PPE required for use. If company policy is followed, there should be no cuts of any kind.
Like any warehouse environment, employees are assigned an adequately ventilated workstation.
Employees are encouraged to participate in weekly one-on-one performance reviews and daily team strategy meetings so their voices and concerns are heard; if you work well in a collaborative environment, you will thrive, and not after being terminated for poor attendance and performance do your voice "your concerns."
