Pros
- Friendly people both in the client team as well as colleagues in Malaysia office. Zero office politics. - Office is accessible by LRT station. - Great work life balance. Almost no OT and weekend interruption. Reasonable workload. - Mandarin-speaking environment, so ability to communicate in Mandarin is helpful. - You can still learn a lot if you are a fresh graduate.
Cons
- Will need to come to the office every day. The company is less flexible when it comes to WFH. - Minimal career growth or advancement. Things can get repetitive after a few months if you are a quick learner. Depending on your luck, tasks or projects allocated to you may not be challenging or novel. Due to the outsourcing nature, people care more about you getting the work done rather than your career growth. - Team members are mostly in China and Singapore, so you might feel a bit missing out.
