Pros
It's a job, if you need one to not be homeless, I guess that's something. There are some great people who still work here. Stockholm syndrome I guess. They'll keep making great money, so the business is stable. It's just not shared with employees.
Cons
Horrible management from the Directors on up. Senior management is interested in squeezing people as hard as humanly possible and refuse to do anything to resolve it. Completely out of touch with the market and their employees. Unrealistic deadlines (expect 70+ hour weeks to be your normal pace, there's ALWAYS another deadline). Huge loss of long term employees as they leave the company coupled with poor documentation leaves it hard to transition knowledge. Pay is poor, even before the changes in the market over the last year. Benefits are poor. 3% 401k matching. You'll see *maybe* a 4% bonus a year and 3% raise if you're lucky, but someone has to get less than 3% for someone else to get more. There's no stock or long term incentives to stay. The company made record sales and profits in 2021, like nothing the company has ever seen, no bonuses or raises were given. None. All of the positive reviews you see were bought by the company. They've offered gift cards to employees for posting positive reviews. Basically if this is your only option other than dying, I guess you should work here, otherwise, don't.
