I love working at Bidease. Its a fun, fast paced environment where I'm learning more and more each day. The leadership team is intelligent, experienced, and empathetic. I'm a big fan of all my co-workers and its clearly evident that each one is an experienced leader in their own right. Cons
I don't have anything negative to say about the company outright. The one thing I would mention is the company operates internationally so the teams are spread out - the only downside is not being able to engage with all your coworkers as often as you'd like. That said, everyone makes the effort to work around timezones and be as available as possible.
