The pros working at Big Als is that they are good at making it feel more personal and friendly towards each other work environment wise, the managers are funny and will play around and not make work feel like JUST work. There’s frequent employee appreciation gifts like free lunches in the employee room on some occasions, Big Al employee bucks to save up overtime, and the yearly employee appreciation party

Management favoritism and retaliation runs BIG here, they tend to give lots of hours to one or two employees, giving them extra privileges that the majority of employees wouldn’t receive, they would hold back on promoting individuals they didn’t favor, they are difficult following your availability if its not open and the pay is really not that great for being the Host, the food runner, front desk person, arcade floor person, rewards room person and busser for minimum wage. We do the majority of the servers job but receive no tips.
