Pros
Really flexible work hours, helps maintain a great work/life balance. Massive selection of free drinks. Largest I've seen at a company. Department outings were extremely fun and let you get to know your co-workers much better.
Cons
Seems to be a bit directionless at the moment and is latching on to whatever they can. Overcrowded break areas, too many people using too small of a space.
