Pros
Everyone they hire is really friendly and nice to work with so you will meet a lot of cool people. Every shift is a different event and you get to travel to cool places and go to cool events. Shifts are long and go by fast because you'll be so busy. There is often down time, and time spent driving that you get paid for.
Cons
If you're over 21 you automatically have to drive, and I got thrown into doing on m first shift without any warning. Can get to be overwhelming depending on what type of event you are working.
