      Pros

      Stable studio with good values. People are friendly and there’s great benefits. OT is only occasional, and they take care of you (meal comp, etc) when you gotta do it.

      Cons

      Pay is a little low compared to industry standard. There’s a bit of a boys’ club at the top, but the boys in said club are generally decent guys. Not toxic, but it exists.

      Pros

      BHG is one of the best places to work. The benefits are very good, we have unlimited PTO, and everyone is very friendly and willing to lend a hand if you need help with something. BHG fosters a feeling of (cultural) inclusiveness though the company. Management has everyone’s best interests in mind.

      Cons

      We are short staffed in some departments, so some projects get backlogged.
