Horrible Management - Anonymous employee Big Lots Employee Review

Heavy lifting if store has furniture. Manager is horrible and doesn't follow policies and procedures and she doesn't do anything. She demotes people that make her look bad. She is the worst manager I ever worked for and the DM is even worse.
