      Pros

      Had control of the entire department. Whole store worked as a team to help each other. Customers were great and very understanding if something went wrong.

      Cons

      Management was childish and stuck to playing favorites and selfish demands. Central warehouse would send entirely too much for our warehouse to handle. Was not enough space on the floor to handle all products available.

      Fun place to work at. I learned how to use pos and I gained great relationships with the employees and customers

      Cons

      A bit unorganized. A lot of employee call ins so you have to cover other departments
