Working for a high growth tech company is not for everyone and can be stressful at times. But if you are a motivated and driven individual who likes challenges and opportunities to push your potential, these are great environments to be in. There are many that share this view and proudly many Big Rig Media team members have been with the company well over a decade.
For over 22 years Big Rig Media has been delivering 5-star customer service to our valued clients. We have ticketing systems in place that include tagging of VIP clients, 24-hour monitoring and a friendly staff to help our customers in need. No tech support has been outsourced.
Importantly too, we continuously make major capital investments in client management systems such as: onboarding processes, project management, and post launch technical support. This client management system we have put in place is why we maintain a 5-star rating with our customers. In addition, many of our customers have been with us for decades as we continue to deliver exceptional service.
Proudly too, we give team members a technical free range on innovation. If individuals have ideas, technical vision, and willingness we support them 100% and make sure they have the financial tools, and resources to accomplish the result.
All told, Big Rig Media is a positive team environment that works hard to support our team members. We offer competitive salaries, health insurance, 401k’s, three weeks of paid time off (PTO), and all major holidays paid. Our comp plan is based on experience, technical skillset, and the desired responsibilities.
