Pros

For those in the Commerce area, this is one of the most exciting tech opportunities around. You get to work and learn across a wide range of areas, not just your primary field. You can take on new tasks, explore different domains, and help improve the overall customer experience whether in engineering, sales, design, or development. Management is open to letting employees take ownership and leadership on initiatives, which creates a strong sense of growth and responsibility.

Cons

As we continue to grow, our internal documentation and processes could benefit from more standardization. Clearer and more consistent workflows would help everyone move faster and reduce friction. Due to the fast-paced environment, management sometimes misses opportunities to recognize employees, and some contributions may go unnoticed because of busy schedules.

Management is always willing and able to help me reach my goals. I have never been a part of a company where the leaders would make time to help me become successful.

Cons

I have no cons to list.

Pros

The only positive is the coworkers, who are supportive and try to help each other survive this environment.

Cons

Management consistently abuses employees by assigning work far outside of their roles without any support or additional compensation. The company refuses to hire enough staff, forcing employees to take on overwhelming workloads until they are completely burned out. Upper management, specially the CEO, shows little to no respect for employees and appears more focused on ego and personal pride than actually running the company effectively. Leadership is disorganized, unprofessional, and lacks basic management skills. Employees are treated as disposable, and their well-being is clearly not a priority. On top of all this, there are little to no benefits.
