Our annual staff turnover is 12.5%, and we have always believed our culture is positive, though there is, of course, always room for improvement. Over the past four years in a leadership role, I have worked with 50 different employees. Thankfully, I have only had to make the difficult decision to let someone go on three occasions. In each instance, the appropriate process was followed, and constructive feedback was provided. If there are any concerns or misunderstandings around this, I am always happy to discuss them further.
Regarding parking, we understand the limitations can be frustrating; however, as we are based in a city, this is unavoidable. There is free street parking available, and North Street in Bedminster offers access to the city centre via various bus routes. Additionally, we offer flexible working arrangements, which we hope help staff reduce their commute into the office.
