Management. Have to post a picture daily to instagram and facebook. Told we can’t have OnlyFans when management actively promotes their own. Owners do not care about employees at all only buying cars and taking vacations. Hiring multiple girls per week when employees are begging for hours. Retention is terrible you can be “kicked from the group chat” at any given moment, if you haven’t quit first! Can get fired for anything even when you do your job amazing and show up! Management moves the goal post, you can get written up for anything, even things you don’t know you could get written up for because they make up rules as you go. Management has favorites and those girls get the best shifts with the opportunity to make the most money, everyone else is stuck closing every day and not walking away with half the money the openers/morning shift girls are.
