Good learning: BillTrim is working on hard problems,that means project are challenging, and tight deadlines makes it even more challenging. 3. Explore other domains: You get a chance to explore other domains. 4. Good perks: You get extra compensation for conveyence and food is on the company. 5. Encouragement for working smart: You can use any tool, any resouce(paid or free) to get the job done.

1. Timings: To meet the deadlines generally people extend and stay up late. 2. Strong opinion of the CEO: Lot of times the CEO's decision is final, no matter you have a better solution which is opted later. 3. Firing people: If a candidate is not able to fit within the culture, they'll let them go every quarter.
