Billdr is young with a high pace. Things move fast in every department, Innovation and flat hierarchy are the rules at Billdr. The company gives you OKR every quarter but it's up to you to decide how you will achieve your goals. Manager reviews happen every month and they give transparency. It's a great place if you have an independent free mind who likes a big challenge. However, Billdr offers great work/life balance and great compensation.

You can sometimes feel on your own. Up to you if you like indepence or follow a strict plan.
