No Pros - only join this company if you cannot find a job anywhere else and are really needy or helpless, because you are gonna be treated just like that.

They harass their employees to the core, there is no concept of weekends the founders will make sure to bother you on weekends and after working hours. Their master plan is to hire young employees and exploit them for a few years and simply fire them for no reason once they become expensive and then hire new employees and keep repeating the cycle.
