Inexpeienced manager, unrealistic expectations - Operations Binance Employee Review

A manager makes or breaks your career, and for me, it broke any motivation I have for a corporate career. Cannot expect any mentorship because my manager didn't have and doesn't apply for basic access to internal tools, any questions will be met with "You do what's best" so you're just figuring things out on your own. I don't bother asking for guidance anymore unless I'm assigned something unrealistic and have to push back. But when senior leadership breathes down, then suddenly the pressure gets passed down to me. Team is also expected to increase OKRs by 30% (sometimes 100% lol) every quarter while headcount is unbearably low. I honestly don't even bother trying anymore just to show how realistic it is when also not given enough resources to even help employees to self-service.
