THIS IS NOTHING LIKE THEY SAY IN JOB POSTINGS, INTERVIEWS OR ORIENTATION. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. A revolving door (new people weekly. Losing employees constantly) Do your research on the company and on the owner. I researched it before accepting the job, knew the terrible things and still gave them the benefit of the doubt. Little to no training. A lot of micromanaging. No empathy for employees nor patients. Ridiculous goals FORCED to achieve or risk termination. Very scam-like business. No PTO No VTO only health benefits after 90 days. I was told to NOT use my customer service skills they’d rather you argue with a patient over THEIR personal information than provide good customer service and understand that scams are a thing and you can’t blame them for thinking this is a scam or telemarketers. I accepted this job with my hopes high thinking it’ll be a new opportunity. It’s not what they tell you at the interviews.
