      Pros

      Great company to work for. Diverse culture and a culture that stresses innovation and positive change. The staff is exceptionally loyal. The turn over is very small, most people stick around for a very longtime.

      Cons

      I would have already moved on if I had found any serious cons. For me and I would suspect everyone would always like to get paid more.
