Bio-Techne is a publicly traded company and has been on a growth trajectory for the past 10 years. Recently voted one of Inc. BITS (Bio-techne Information Technology Services) is stacked with great people, amazing leadership, fabulous culture and tremendous opportunity. For people who want to grow in their career, this is a great place to do it. There is always something interesting going on and the comradery across teams fosters growth and advancement for those who desire to achieve great things. The leadership team genuinely listens to the voices of its employees. That is not to say that the business will immediately change it's policies based on every bit of feedback, but considerations are given and each voice is valued (much more than you would think in a corporation of this size). On top of all of this, Bio-techne offers Tuition and Certification Reimbursement for those who are in school or continuing their education. The company has an annual employee bonus plan with potential for spot bonuses and a generous time off policy in addition to a flexible work schedule with 2 days from home if desired. It is hard for some to thrive in an environment where the expectations are centered around a business that is beholden to stakeholders and fiscal performance. If you need a big hug from your employer each day while you drink your warm milk and cookies cuddled up in a snuggly blanket at home, this is not the place for you.
