Pros

Great people to work with, tons to learn.

Cons

Would give 0 stars if I could. Overworked, stressed, and underpaid. No bonuses from 2024, again, sadly not many of us were surprised. They delayed promotions until July, out of nowhere. Morale in Boston is at an all time low, there is ZERO motivation or incentive to do a good job or go above and beyond. Upper management will not allow us to hire people, not even to replace people whom have left, yet they expect us to generate the same or higher revenue. Merit increases were an absolute joke, does not even cover inflation. Overall pay is embarrassing, although they like to say they are "competitive" in the market. Annual review process is abysmal. In Boston, we heard all of 2024 how we were hitting our revenue goals, what was our reward? A coffee mug and t-shirt, you're welcome.

Pros

BioAgilytix offers an excellent work-life balance and a supportive, collaborative culture. Management is approachable, genuinely cares about employees, and creates a positive work environment. The Boston leadership team is exceptional—they are supportive, communicative, and foster teamwork across departments. Everyone is willing to help one another, making it a great place to work and grow professionally.

Cons

The Boston site would benefit from having more on-site HR support to better address employee needs.
