      Pros

      Great mission. Great employees. New CEO seems to be exactly what the company needed. Everyone is on track to accomplish real goals.

      Cons

      The company is so focused on its mission, albeit honorable, that it lacks the career development I’m personally looking for... but I can’t speak for everyone on this. It might be different in mission-centric departments.

      great collaborative environment exciting projects really smart people lots to learn very good company culture very nice work life balance happy employees

      Cons

      more perks will be more rewarding no flexible work schedule need to be at work at designated hours more freedom for HR manager

      - Delicious snacks - Honorable mission - Compensation is okay - Good work/life balance - Many smart and cool people (not in upper management)

      Cons

      - Too much drama - Terrible communication - Office is ugly and way out in the middle of nowhere - No recognition for people who deliver quality work on time - Upper management is extremely homogeneous, incompetent, and secretive
