      Management team is support, encouraging, nice lol, flexible, available, and sharp. Great work environment. Employees are treated with respect. Co - workers are helpful. Customer centric.

      Pros

      Almost none, but I guess the benefits (particularly subsidized insurance) are okay.

      Cons

      Too many to list, but my major complaints are incompetent management, micromanagement, lack of communication, favoritism, inconsistent standards for employees, and very little potential of promotion.
