Company culture:
no one matters we’re all replaceable
raises have been 0.5% for 3 years despite receiving the highest ratings in performance reviews
They don’t listen to employees before implementing major changes leading to massive oversights and issues with workflow,
Micromanaged to oblivion they track your movements using 3 different software systems,
HR implemented a system for PTO which in practice means you can’t use your PTO,
Bonuses were cut in half with the Elevance merger and are now frankly insulting
No opportunity to advance, only to leave your position for another team
