The approach from the HR manager sounded to be positive, but turned to be a complete lack of respect

I've been contacted by senior human resources specialist offering me a job proposal which included a reallocation to Dubai, the person has requested for a time slot for an interview, considering that I'm not unemployed, we've agreed to a date a time for a conversation, the invitation to a conference call which has been requested by BioScience has never reached my mailbox, I've tried to contact the so called HR specialist, but no feedback so far. Not good experience at all, totally lack of professionalism, I'm a executive with very limited availability, and I've managed my agenda to a conversation wich has never happened, and again, I've never applied for the position, it was an approach from the company.

1. Multicultural company 2. Potential to grow with the right strategy 3. Offices in the city center

1. Weak leadership and lack of company strategy 2. Timings and agendas are not respected, last minute cancellations and delays happening everytime. 3. Poor HR department, not a PEOPLE first company. 4. Limited flexibility, strict policy on working from home and holiday policy. 5. Family members across different departments in high level positions impacting the decision making process.
