Pros

Since Bioserenity bought Sleepmed, the employees receive better benefits and Paid holidays. Amazon gift cards are great throughout the year for Christmas and tech appreciation week. The CEO, Pierre Frouin is a very down to earth man. He genuinely cares about the success and wellbeing of the company.

Cons

Many people in upper management still have the Sleepmed mindset. Management over clinical operations have no clinical experience and they don’t care about the employees. Very toxic leadership. Favoritism is big in this company. If you aren’t sucking up to your leadership, you’re not going to go far in this company.

We agree that favoritism shouldn't take place and that clinical experience over clinical operations is key. When the employee left some major changes had already been made and changes continue to be made, most employees believe that BioSerenity is integrating poor performing companies and changing them for the better, we also welcome employee feedback on how to continue improving. Our VP of Clinical Operations is a former EEG tech and our Chief Medical Officer is a Navy Doctor.

Pros

They have a great team. The senior management team does a great job of not micromanaging the research team. The environment is conducive for growth. Overall I had a great experience at BioSerenity.
