8yFirst off, I’d like to thank you very much for your service and hard work with BioTrust. I greatly appreciate the energy, effort, and dedication that our employees bring to work every day. Thank you also for taking the time to leave your review.
As you’ve experienced first-hand, we've worked incredibly hard to build our company over the last several years, yet we know there is still room for improvement. Honest, constructive, and specific feedback from both customers and employees is welcomed and truly helpful in providing the best overall experience for all.
Along those lines, the specific criticism that you have provided, while concerning, is insightful. To one of your main points, we are working diligently on our marketing, accessibility, transparency, engagement, and more, all in an effort to restore the customer-centric nature of BioTrust.
In addition to delivering an exceptional customer experience, since BioTrust was founded, it has always been our goal to take care of our own, providing opportunities for growth, generous bonuses, and a variety of perks. To read your feedback to the contrary, however, is very concerning to me, and this is something that we obviously need to re-evaluate.
