      Staff at the lower levels are nice

      Cons

      The pay is awful. The bosses are sexist creeps. The bosses yell at staff. It is a very exploitative workplace. Extremely high staff turnover. Very toxic workplace/work culture.

      Management and staff are really friendly. The company has ambitions to do new and more things. The facilities are really good.

      Offices and Labs are absolutely top notch The Coffee Machine is pretty Decent Management are focused on moving forward and creating a business that is both world leading and sustainable

      If you don't drive, it's pretty hard to get to.
