-great CEO who genuinely cares about his company and employees

-poor communication from Director of Sales to Territory Managers
-friendly management at a surface-level, but they only care their own interests and will throw you under a bus the second it benefits them
-completely misrepresented the role description / responsibilities, and the job ended up being nothing like what I was told during the interview process
