Fun and loose company culture but bad management - Manufacturing Technician Biolytic Lab Performance Employee Review

I worked with Biolytic for over a year as a QA engineer. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working there. The company's culture is great. People are friendly and fun to work with. Management is very supportive and respectful. I would recommend working at Biolytic for a good Work-Life balance.

If you don't enjoy working with a small team/company, this is probably not for you.

- friendly company with friendly team and fun outings, events, and BBQs - great work/life balance, most weeks are 40-45 hours. stable schedule - slowly innovating and redesigning, has a good outlook in the near future - good place to learn skills for inventory management, assembly, CAD, process management, hardware/software engineering

- not much professional growth; no raises, promotions, or employee evaluations during my 3 years there - management is more reactive than proactive - open to new ideas, but a lot of times will not execute
