      Great staff, great management, interaction with people supported, helping people live their best life through person centered practices, building bonds and making a difference. Compassion employers who understand life sometimes goes differently than you planned.

      Low pay but if you're in it for the money, you're there for all the wrong reasons.

      Pros

      Assisting People supported and being able to assist some to have a perfect life with any disability. This job can be very rewarding as long as your vision for employment is not focused solely on money. The management is focused on making sure BIOS is person centered and that includes being person centered with staff. The CEO is focused and a part of the company, The COO is beyond supportive and interactive with making sure staff feel welcome and appreciated.

      no cons, as long as you present yourself well and actually care about taking care of people.
