      No long term vision of current leadership He just changes CEO on hearsay Last 6 month was pathetic Company Growth was put on hold No franchisee added after removal of last CEO No leadership Complete chaotic situation Most of old Employee left the organisation Salary delayed by 3 months

      Pros

      Positive Environment to work with support from Management. All work are done with Enthusiasm . Best for fresher's to learn massive skills on job and explore their ideas .

      Cons

      Management is open to all idea and it works with stirct inquires of all task. Timeline is main task to be taken care which is expected from all. Its not Cons its good point.
