      Pros

      Great coworkers in the shop, always there to help you out. Starting pay isn't too bad.

      Cons

      Slow advancement. Some upper management can be very hard headed with one way road attitude. Preach the company mission statement but doesn't practice it. It's customers before employees. Not very much overtime.

      Fantastic team members who were innovative and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Leadership constantly with a game of back and forth. A lot of wasted time/work was done from the marketing team with the changing of goals/objectives
